On a day that started out with dark skies and changed into a splendid sun-filled afternoon members of the German Designer Club and friends of GK Film AG were invited to spend some insightful hours at the film production company.
The hosts, Sabine and Rainer Gehrisch and Thorsten Krack, had turned their offices and the patio into a welcoming space, where under the warm and bright rays of sunshine the guests mingled before listening fascinatedly to Rainer Gehrisch´s presentation.
Rainer took the guests on a captivating tour of the world of film making, beginning with an emotional poem and its vizualization.
The tour continued with the newest addition to GK Film´s work tools: a drone that will take film making literally into a new sphere.
After feeding the mind with so much news the smell of the barbeque led everybody to a delicious dinner.
For all art lovers, Rainer gave a VIP tour of his collection of works by the German art group Zero, while those willing to try their skills flying a drone had a chance to do just that.
Sabine Gehrisch, GK Film, and Niko Gültig, board member of the DDC, welcomed the guests to the “DDC Studio”, the “DDC Werkstatt”.
